Hi

This is my first time posting in these forums. two days ago i got my street magic TR50 up and running (the last time i rode on it was three months ago).

I have had this bike since i was in the sixth grade (11 years old) now i am in the 12th grade (17 years old). Next year i am going to study abroad and this is my last year with the Street Magic and i want to make the most of it.

Before today i didn't know that the Street Magic is moddable.

When i saw these threads about people modding them and "popping wheelies on demand" and "getting more topend" i got excited, when i tried to read on how they are modding the bike, i realized that i dont know anything about bikes.

Can somebody teach me how to mod it? i know this is too much to ask but i really love my Street Magic and now i cant stop thinking of making it faster and these forums are the only forums i found with poeple talking about the Street Magic.

Thanks in advance...

Ive got a magic, and got all my parts from Scootling on Great North Road. They have pretty much anything and everything for modifying street magics. 09 3600717. Good luck!

I second that. The recommended upgrades are: a new set of rollers, Kevlar belt, derestricted CDI, and a souped up bulb for the headlamp. The rest is best kept stock. Even with those you technically have to register it as a motorcycle (not that anyone ever does)...

Hi, Would just like to add to the recommended mods up there - heavy duty clutch springs & iridium plugs

I've found that once you start doing mods the power band shifts up (ie, sluggish at lower speeds, great acceleration at high speeds) so the heavy duty clutch springs will allow the engine to rev up higher before the launch. The iridium plug will help cure starting troubles/stalling on a cold engine and improve accelerator response.
