So wassup wid dat, Oscar? I'm not sure from your report whether you actually did much riding or not.
Nice helicopter though; looks like the Squirrel we had a ride in about this time 2 weeks ago (for fun though, not because we were broken).:)

Oh yeah, we did plenty of riding. We went down the coast from Raglan - around the Waanga Road (out the back of Whale Bay), down Ruapuke Beach, TeMata, Oparua, Te Anga and then to Awakino on the back road (mostly in the dark). Fanatastic ride, lotsa twisty seal, fanatastic gravel sections - all great fun.

On Saturday we explored around Kiwi Road and Whangamomona...

See the guy that crashed ignored the sign - it wasn't suitable for heavy vehicles and look what happens when he rides a bike like that.

Must be more signs that are needed.

I did that road over Awakino Gorge at Easter, she's a good one that.Bad news about Alex's leg,I hate getting tangled up in a bike when it goes down - hope he heals well.Bit scary thinking you were going to mounted by a rampaging GS1150 eh?

I had a very strange sensation between my shoulder blades for an instant, as that horrible grinding noise got closer, then the bike slid past on my left...
