i have writen up a race report and i constanly get this message what the hell are they.. no i didn't any smilly faces!!!!

Sounds like 14 accidental typos conspiring to create the recognised character sequence that triggers the insertion of standard KB smilies.

You'll have to proof read, man. :)

what i finaly did was click on the button that told me to stop all faces!!... as i had typed it out in "word" then copy and past.. it was a pain as all i did was enter letters and spaces and "?"....
