I see people near the traintracks quite often (between Kahikatea Drive and Greenwood/Norton Rd) they ride up and down them on some weekends (there's normally two of them).. PM Carver. He might have a better idea

There's 2 good rides on next weekend out near raglan, sign posted from the Te Mata turn off and theres quite a few more coming up out those ways over the next couple of months. Also another ride near Te Awamutu this weekend, signposted from Kihikihi at the left turn heading out to mangakino.

Can't bling you twice for the same post but I wish I could. Went out to Kimmy's yesterday and went on the enduro track: scared the shit out of myself several times, dropped the bike 3 times and broke my rear right indicator - fucking great day! Thanks heaps for the info. I owe you a beer.
Details on the ride here (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=47635).
