Is this open to the public or do you have to be a member of the club?

Also whats the access road like there? Is it sealed or not?

It's owned by the Kapi mana motorcycle club. I'm a club member and it's a really good social club with heaps of events. If you sign up you can normally practice there Wed night for about $20.00 from memory.
