View Full Version : Bugger being a liberal - Hanging's too good for him...

And I mean it.... And yes even I'm appalled at my trip from a liberal to the red neck I appear to be transforming into. But sorry, no amount of restoritive twaddle will give this woman back what he took and while hanging him won't either, it will stop him re offending.
He sure does not look the sharpest knife in the drawer but so what... What a .... (words fail me)

Who wants to chip in to buy an isolated inhospitable island somewhere so we can just ship these fuckers off to die alone? It'll cost less than years of tax-payers money providing them with 3 square meals a day and sky tv.

What you need here is not a noose, the noose is too quick.
What is needed is to castrate him.... being as that is not a sentencing choice perhaps just make sure he gets general population and that there are people who know what he did.
Let him find out what it felt like to lie there powerless while someone takes what they want.

But seriously..I see his parents were at the court. Perhaps they should be charged too. Perhaps we need a new offence - " failing to bring up a responsible citizen"

The gene pool is certainly getting smaller and smaller. You know, what we need is a great big melting pot, big enough to take the world, and all it's got.

Clamp his genitalia in a vice, give him a blunt rusty saw blade, then set the shed on fire.. gives him a whole lot more choice than he gave his victim!

I was surprised to find myself tempted to agree with the death penalty in the Burton case, but I'm not convinced about this one. Obviously I don't know any more than was in the article, but he gives the impression that he could still be educated decently - probably involving complete separation from his past life - where Burton didn't give that impression at all.
And as for the suggestion of locking him up to get raped - I'm dead against that. Jails should be enforcing the sentence handed down; no more and no less. And they know what the people in there are like, so letting assaults happen is pure negligence. Jailers who allow it aren't much better than their prisoners IMHO.

I think some chemical castration is in order. Remove his ability to reoffend - and presumably the urge to do so.

I dead against fuckers like this being allowed to walk our streets, being allowed to take someones innocence. Sorry but no compassion from me. We all the difference between wrong and right, this guy knew what he was doing (unless being proven that he is mentally uncapable) but did it anyway.

Thats what happens to kiddy fiddlers etc in there... The perpetrator could use one of his lines 'I just wanted sex' :whocares:
nothing to do with being for or against it... its what happens...and thats not what he'd be getting locked up for!! he'd be getting locked up for his crime

Why should any of these fuckers get a second chance? He has taken something from this girl that she'll probably never get back - shit she may never get over it, be stuck inside for the rest of her life - this fucker deserves the same.

I agree. By all means hang him, I'm all in favour of hanging people (though a bullet is quicker and cheaper). But if he is sent to gaol he is entitled to the protection of the law. If the state cannot enforce the Rule of Law within its own gaols, then what hope for the rest of the country.

Believe me as a man you do not have to set the shed on fire. Just keep squeezing the vice, sooner or later he'll castrate himself. Then give him the option of the cauterizing iron. With luck he won't be able to do that and bleed to death.

You got to wonder at the judge don't you.
What if he just wants to have sex again - as people often do.
The bail decision defies comprehension.

No longer are the streets roamed by 'those punk kids'. More and more they're being roamed by 'those punk kid killers and rapists'. Once upon a time you would've told kids loitering to piss off, I would suggest either a 308 or a call to the cops these days.
Society isn't getting more violent perse imho, but sheesh, the kids sure are :S

Truly dreadful.
I must say, if this happened to a woman in my family, some very bad things would happen to the rapist shortly after his eventual release. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this chap is safer in prison than out of it.
Hanging's not 'too good' for him, though. I'd say it's... about right.
Interesting question, really. If the death sentence is appropriate in cases of murder (yes, yes, I know, separate question, I'm just taking that as a postulate) is it also appropriate in cases of rape? Quite a few societies have historically answered in the affirmative.
Part of the problem is that, like it or not, there are degrees of 'rape'. This case is at the worst end of the scale. Joe Bloggs failing to roll off his missus in time when she complains that something's getting uncomfortable is at the other end. Yes, men have been charged with rape for that, too.
Anyone care to comment on how NZ law differentiates between various types of sexual assault? I note that in this instance, as with many others that are reported, a range of charges has been laid. Why so?

Sorry I am a fan of rough justice for this kind of thing. He admitted to the crime and gave his reasoning/justification for his actions, OK now here is my response to that.
5-6 people in smallish room, offender comes in with blindfold and handcuffs on, 20-30 mins of 'personal retribution' added to his sentence, which should include minimum conditions, not gym, sky, etc.
If it was a member of my family that this happened to, I would want payback.

Three square meals,
Yes
free gym membership,
Some form of exercise, yes - doesn't need to be flash, but adequate
sky tv,
Probably not - I don't have that :)
library / computor,
Supervised, and shared, but probably, yes [edit: and probably not on the internet ... not without really good supervision, and depending on the offence]
heated floors...
Whatever heating is required
that'll learn em!!!
The important thing is to treat them with respect, IMHO. Let them learn what that is. Also let them learn what they need to earn enough for all that when they get out. At the same time, they should have to work, of course. No idea what I'd have them doing, though. And then appropriate courses, both practical work courses and anger management or whatever social attitude type courses are required.
And my key requirement - don't let them socialise with other inmates without supervision. Somebody mentioned that Burton was bragging about being NZ's most notorious crim? He should never get that chance inside. Nor should car theives be able to discuss the latest techniques, etc etc.

At $4 per head per day, one would not gain weight in prison. Dinner at 3:45pm? It's a long wait until breakfast.

Chemical castration is a good option, cheap, fast and quite effective. Could re-enter society as a storeman at Tui Breweries, help out with the heavy lifting for those lovely ladies

Hang ... and decapitate - Arab style. For the Judge - just a jail term should do, definately no bail - he is too much of a risk to the public (bit like most of the blonde bimbos on the bench). Parole board only to release Judge after all goals ogf the integrated Offender management plan met. He should be therefore on methadone and enrolled in a course for personal trainers - also needs to stay away from and not associate with criminal lawyers. His first meal can be his hung mates no longer required equipment.

I just hope the poor girl can get past it. Some never do, and that's a damn shame because it means their life is fucked through no fault of their own.
If she can get past it then she wins, the prize being she gets her life back.
As for the scumbag, I have no idea what your're supposed to do with him. Make him give back to society - chain him to a bunch of other dropkicks like him and make them break rocks for the roads or something. Or dig a tunnel through a mountain somewhere by hand. Or something like that. With motivational beatings.

Now see, I've always thought this would be a good idea. The govt is bitching how they never have money (yeah right) to build new and bigger roads, well if we used convict labour, we'd cut a huge part of the cost off lol.

1) Testicular removal. Stop him getting the urge to do it again. I'm talking scalpel or docking ring here
2) Punishment. Breaking rocks chained up in a road gang
3) Restitution - whatever form that best benefits the family

They are treated with respect, but many throw shit (literally) at the guards in return...
Also let them learn what they need to earn enough for all that when they get out.
They do this too... learn new tricks of the trade from thier shit tossing buddies...
At the same time, they should have to work, of course.
Why? Most don't and have no ambition to do so whatsoever. DPB and Dole for me thanks.
And then appropriate courses, both practical work courses and anger management or whatever social attitude type courses are required.
Yeah... they really work... TUI ANYONE?

"Solitary confinement" is the only good call here folks......move on...
Somebody mentioned that Burton was bragging about being NZ's most notorious crim? He should never get that chance inside.
Stitch their lips together, blindfold em and tie their hands and legs up. What else is going to stop them? Their own personal prison guard to walk around with them 24/7?Richard
