Nw rider stranded?

Just had to run home from work and saw someone trying to get their bike kickstarted citybound along the causeway... wasn't having much luck, saw him again when I was headed back to work sitting on the side with the bike on it's stand - couldn't stop had people waiting at work.

Any give/able to lend a hand?
