(Sat 20 Jan) Ride to Kumeu HotRod show then up SH16 to Puhoi?

Any interested in a ride up the NW m/way from New Lynn to the Kumeu Hotrod show tomorrow? Thinking of taking a look around the show then go for a run up 16 through Helensville, Kaukapakapa to SH1, Puhoi pub then back to Akl.

Am leaving New Lynn about 8am tomorrow (Saturday) and could meet at a local carpark.

I hear theres a few choppers at the show this year!

Apparently bikes are directed to a special park on-site that is right outside the show tavern (bugger!), and I will be doing this. Ice cold orange drinks for me tomorrow tho', need a clear head to keep an eye out for our friends on 16 !

I've just had a PM from MDU with his address and contact details for anyone wanting to take up his offer of parking their bikes and gear at his place, about 500 metres up the road from the show.

If anybody is keen to do this run then call or text me - 0275-800900 - or PM me here tonight til about midnight Friday 19th.
