I was reliably informed on Saturday that Holeshot are adding Aprilias to their line up in a few weeks time. Is there anyone out there who can still afford them?

Afford in what way? Purchase price or parts and maintainance. Ive just purchased a 2005 RSV1000R Factory, and initially we found the supply of parts in the country very pricy. If you do your research though it is possible to source all the right pieces overseas at bloody good prices. The basic servicing is no more expensive than other bikes, and if you do your standard maintainance regularly I expect we shouldnt be hit in the pocket too hard.
Their new to buy price is still cheaper than like model Ducati's.

Mate has just got rid of his 2005 RSV1000R Factory after constant hassles with parts/warranty issues. He was told last week that it would be 3 months to get something like a new ecu/electrical system, so the Aprilia dealer took the bike off him and gave him a brand new ZX10 special edition to replace it!
