Hi ya all
While organising things for my trip, and in general use I stumbled across these webistes and thought I would share them
Metservice Long Range Forecast (http://www.metservice.co.nz/default/index.php?alias=ruralsection) - While this is not new, click on the area and you will see a 10 day forecast that is easy to understand at a snapshot
Travel distances (http://www.newzealand.com/travel/transport/travel-times-and-distances/travel-times-and-distances-home.cfm) which includes a lot of the smaller towns. Seems pretty useful.
