Two bikers in Marin County have survived a fall down a 35-foot embankment.

According to Capt. Tom Nunes, the accident occurred when the motorcycles were unable to negotiate a sharp curve. "It is not uncommon for a motorcycle to go off the road because of the curvy nature and spirited riding that's often exhibited on that stretch of the highway," Nunes said.

One victim was not injured and was able to scale the cliff, Nunes said, but the second victim sustained a broken leg.

Spirited riding... very diplomatic.... he obviously understands bikers... or he's just trying not to get in the shit before an investigation
