looking to purchase motorbike lifter, which ones are the best.....
a second hand one okay

Describe what you mean by 'motorcycle lifter'? Paddock stand, front stand, hydraulic frame lift...? There are quite a few available.
Swanman & Frosty have some very good affordable paddock stands (both front and rear) available.

Did my Trade under Lew Martin in 1981 & still see him at the Classic Motorcycle stuff , My old riding Mentor has one of his Bike lifts & is bloody good not that hard to make if you are in the industry as I am but that aside Top bit of Kit :Punk:
