It's my cousins old bike. It goes real well. He's gonna love it, It's thoroughly enjoyable. Great for long trips and great for a blast.
I'm not overly keen on the pipes or colour, but it's still a good enough machine for a newbie.

got the bike home last night after a mammoth 10.5 hour drive...started her up and took my sister for a ride round the back lawn. EDIT: brought the bike home in the back of a transit.
Just suited up to go out for my first road ride on my first bike and BAM!! rain.
So i flagged it for the day. Looking forward to a ride after work today...
Counting down the minutes. not long now :Punk:

Updated profile.
I just went out on my first ride. Unfortunatly my biker mate bailed on me because he had sports training. So i took it slow to start.
Cruised around a couple of quiet roads and then proceeded onto Bucklands Beach Road (scary stuff :shit: )
Visited a couple of friends to show off my pimp as ride, probably rode about 10-15 kms just around the bucklands beach peninsula.
Light started to fade so i packed it in for the day. (not before attempting and succeding in doing a standstill on my back lawn)
Stalls : 3
Misjudged corners : 2
Times i left indicator on : ~
Couple of times i looked in the wrong area, like coming round a corner and looking at the curb, then coming within 15 cm of curb and freaking out. But im learning quickly.
Overall a succesful first ride i think.

Don't beat up on yourself too much. You gotta start somewhere and starting with stalls and misjudging corners (without binning) is ok. More time riding = more experience. Don't forget to use the resources available with KB mentors (as well as your mate)
