Drag racing, you'd expect the rear to have broken loose or engine seize/rear wheel lock, but looks to me a bit like a front wheel lock, or maybe he blew a tyre.
I'd have thought if the problem was at the rear then there would have been more of a step out then dump or lowside. See him stab his foot down straight away, people (me at least) normally do that when the front goes, sometimes you'll do it to save a rear step but usually I'd have thought you'd get a longer more controlable slide out of a rear wheel lock before sticking a foot down.
Then again, who knows what goes on at the higher speeds?

my guess is he saw the corner tighten or do something he didn't expect, shut the throttle off, which caused the rear to momentarily loose grip, he panicked, thought 'I really don't want to hit that wall...' and hit it, cos he was thinking about the wall. If he had kept his feet on the pegs, looked round the corner at the vanishing point, and smoothed out the throttle, he wouldn't have ended up on youtube.

Well he's having some sort of seizure. I don't think you should EVER just remove the helmet like that in case of damaging the neck or spinal injuries. And in this case, the helmet could help prevent any further injuries through the convulsions.

There's a similar skiing video at the winter olympics distance jump skiing comp where a guy has a fit after a major crash. Not much you can do apart from maybe keep them side on to prevent swallowing their tongue.

I've heard somewhere about people putting hard sticks between the person's teeth so they don't bite their tongue off. Cause that is something that does happen, first hand experience haha.

The barrier he hit is effectively the same as a cheese cutter. The exposed posts at the bottom just snipped him arm clean off. He musn't have been going all that fast either, since there's very little damage on him other than the arm. he was most likely following the bike in front and wasn't confident in leaning futher. Looking at most of these videos, they go back to the basics. Ride your own ride and don't try to follow someone else. (of course unless they were riding at your level ish and was showing you the lines)

What I was thinking, he would've just rolled to a stop on the grass.
