Hehe oh well :), life goes on... I was reading one of ur older posts in the archive about your dt175 when you first got it (this ones under 1000km so hasnt really been run in yet)
Later in the post you figured out that it had a restrictor on it, do you memba any thing about this mate?
I test rode a NXR not enough power for me, but still cool bikes :)

Well done that man!:scooter:
Hell I had a DT175 in 1980! Then a DT250 in 1981.
They were a lot of fun then & they will still be now
Enjoy it! I looks a great bike. With so few k's on it, its like new!

yeah, rip the pipe off, the whole thing, look into the part that goes to the exhaust port, there will be a washer type thing in there. rip that out, im a ex engineer, but it was still a bitch to get out.
the NXR works good when thrashed while running in, the performance was not far off my DT once it had 2000km on it!

Excellent cheers for that mate, my dad owns a engineering place so i should be able to get some help from someone down there if need be :).
Awesome, the NXR's are bloody solid bikes :), ill probably sell this in a couple years and buy a sports bike, ill see what happens, who knows at least i have a bike now, im happy as :).

Nice work, seems that people round here get new bikes all the time. I'm impatient to get on up to some bigger bikes, though I know mines good for learning now.
