you'd probably have more luck posting up why you need it, rather than trying to find one

Are you looking for a proper service manual, or the little brochure-like "manual" that comes with the bike?

that's the info manual. no service manual to be found so far try ring kawasaki nz if that's what you're looking for, and mt eden would have it as they have sold a few.
that'll be one blow job, thanks.

After the one that comes with the bike, I'm about to buy a friends and it doesnt have one and has a few things wrong with it such as the emergancy stop switch doesn't work.

I just fixed the emergency stop switch on my 2000 model. The connection had just broke. Relativly easy to fix, two screws on the handel open it up, and just needs resoldering :)

if you're not sure about a few things on it, then just ask someone who does, to go with you to check the bike over.. don't quote me on it, but I think there's a few peeps round here that might :msn-wink:

I've got the one that came with my '03. From memory, it doesn't have any useful information for fixing things on the bike, but I'll grab it from home at lunchtime and can scan any pages that look like they might be of use.

Yeah I need someone to look it over for me cause I'm new to all this and wont be able to fix most of the stuff wrong with it myself - the horn isn't going and that about the only thing I know how to fix  Does anyone know how much AA or someone would charge to look it over and give me a fair price on how much it is worth? Or is there someone on here in or near Hamilton that would be willing to spare sometime for me to help me out? - if it's you blink twice -

Let me know if you end up getting the bike... Since Im already riding the same bike, I'd be interested to see if theres anything on those that goe's wrong with more than just the odd KR. Interesting how my kill switch didn't work either.

Just do what I did and grab the rg150 service manual.
Engine layout is quite similar and the rest is a matter of deduction.
Hardly a complicated engine.
