Just thinknig that my suspension might be abit tired, as the seat is pretty low, but it doesn't bottom out on me. Maybe it's just been set at a different hieght, if so, how do I adjust it?

THe CBR250R seat is low no matter what you do. (spoken from experience)

You can probably put some spacer on the top mount of the shock. That'll help to raise up the ass and possibly improve the handling.

OR, drop down the front triple cam by 20mm or so.

Yep, the CBR250 is low bike. Can flat foot it sitting on the tank. But you can raise the rear end by a number of different ways.

1. Use a c-spanner and set the pre-load to a higher setting. 7 is the max
2. Replace the dog link in the rear suspension with a shorter one (not sure where to get one from though)
3. Change the rear shock. Apparently one out of CBR600F4 fits well needing only a few washers.

Don't forget that by raising the rear the front end will get steeper, more responsive but also more unstable. You can fix this by dropping the forks in the triple clamps (you'll only be able to get 5mm doing this), and/or putting washers in the forks to increase the pre-load. Just make sure you have the front end hanging in the air before removing the fork cap off the top!

yea I saw a guide on how to stick in a CBR600F shock into her.

Just can't seem to find the adjusting part for the current shock, will have to get down and dirty on thw weekend.

Me and the old man jacked the suspension upto no. 7.

Taller and hard as a rock now lol.

I'll see how I go with it over the next few days, might lower it down a little bit or what not.
