Now this may sound like a straight forward answer question but thought i better check in case i do sumthing wrong and my bike is on the mends AGAIN putting me out of wekend rides....

Apart from the wipe down i was thinking of giving my bike a through wash down, i just brought a water blaster for my car and other stuff would this be alright to us on the bike? It is all open and stuf so even a hand wash im a bit sketchy as to where the water should and shouldn't go....

any suggestions would be appreciated...

Cheers

Forget the high pressure mate..........does bad shit to your electrics........just a bucket of soapy water and a sponge with the common old garden hose will work fine.........avoid spark-plug inlets as water can cause grief..............

And don't poke your hose up your pipe.

Agreed, just the garden hose and soapy warm water. Dry it down and give it a damn good waxing (the bike that is).

Be careful with the blaster on the car too. Take the paint right off

Also when supercheat has a sale on, stock up on 10 tubes of Autosol :innocent: Also spend agonising hours in the wax and polish product aisle ... walk out with arms full of degreaser cans, purchase terry cloths, hand mitts and other sundry items.

And...never, ever get obsessed with looking up Mother's Powerball on that interwebby thing!

Me? Overdoing it on my little ol'Hornet? Never!
