We're looking for a replacement for a digital producer / project manager and a middleweight or junior developer. We've seen some 'good' people for the role but we're looking for 'great' people.

If you want to work for the No 1 direct agency in New Zealand and think you have what it takes, can you please contact me via PM to get my email address to send me your CV.

Okay, let's try this.

For junior/middleweight developer:

Skills - we want someone who wants to be the best. CSS, HTML, XHTML, some knowledge of XSL and XML, Image optimisation/slicing in Photoshop. You would be working on top NZ clients - Telecom, Xtra, Toyota, NZ Post, State, NZI, Rugby Union, Shell amongst others.

For the digital producer/project manager, if you don't know what's required, you're probably not right for the job.

Don't ask me what we're paying - its not my area. If you're good enough you can name your price.

Does it have to be in house?

You don't mention server side stuff, if it was mentioned would it be micro$oft or the real stuff?

Yes it has to be in-house, for the Wellington office, not the Auckland office.

It's a creative role, not necessarily code monkey.

And as for server-side stuff, that's an IT issue. We're creatives. We don't care about IT issues. Stuff just has to work. That's why we pay IT staff.
