Decent bars in Napier

A Friend and I are coming up to Napier on Friday night and would like to know what are the best bars in Napier that don't make you feel old when you walk in!!! Also ones that aren't too dear to drink at either.

Also how long does it take for someone to get from Tamatea to hastings? remembering that we are in a cage on a Saturday morning

Tamatea to Hastings is about 10 minutes.
As for the bars, I don't really frequent them, but Billy Burkes in Taradale has a good mix of ages
