Hey...
The past couple of days have been pretty darn good weather, I've been out for a brief ride after work each day. Whats the bet, it's going to piss down on Sat AND Sun :disapint:
It's quite a way from Wgtn to the Rimutakas, just a bit too far for an after work ride! I've had to get my fix of "corners" around oriental bay, and the roundabouts at the entrance to Miramar LOL
Anyone planning on a ride this Sat/Sun, weather permitting?

Geez Louise, it's not that far from Wellington to the top of the 'takas. One of my favourite after work fangs during summer months.

The weather in Palmy north is pretty ifffy as well. Rains , windy as all hell, and occasionallly some sunshine- probably blown in from somewhere else

You keep putting your mouth in it Stonechucker! Never talk about it raining on the weekends- that always brings it on. Just rode home but a bit breezy.
I know what you mean about the Hill being just out of reach for after work runs. Summer is a different story though. After seven the Hill road empties and the sun still shines. Looking forward to it.

Had a look at the long rang weather forecast for Wellington. You could get some riding in on Saturday ( maybe )but Sunday looks like shit :moon: and you are going to have snow on Monday. Then again when they say things like that it often doesn't happen.

Man I wish we had your weather up here. I'm sick of this wet stuff and the wind that comes with it and it looks like it will be around for a while. :(
