Unfortunately American cops have no sense of humour!
I wonder if he got busted or managed to ride off at high speed avoiding arrest!

The only thing that bothers me about the cops over there is they have been authorised to 'nudge' bikes with their cruisers!
This is supposed to be a safe to way to control the situation of a biker failing to stop. Be afraid US runners!
