Flatmate needed in Welly [Archive]

as some of you know... luke and i are moving to welly....
we have got a 3bedroom place in Newlands..
there will be a spare bedroom
we have a lock up garage, car port, fence ( to keep the drunks IN)

a fire (free standing)..
oh and a couple of dogs:innocent:

there will be a choice of room sizes.. big or small ..
prices?......
they start at $120 PLUS food, power, ph.
i have sky (free.. but i have the controler:nono:)

so there you have it.. we move in on th eweekend of the 10th.. so first in first served..
we would preferr a woman.. but can be bribed..

the reason i would like a woman around the house is..
to "train mud boy"... the ways and pitfalls of the the fairer sex, his mummy is over seas ( nelson and that is where she should stay!!:angry:)
and he is at the age (14) to be expossed to what and how to treat one....
and just how much they will put up with...compaired to me.
