I won't be there this time - gotta work in Wellington that day...

I can guarantee you'll get more track time than that though Speedie - in fact if Steve's days are anything to go by, you'll leave so knackered from riding so much that you won't be capable of riding any more...!

I don't think I'll get a blat round Taupo in May but the missus will - so I'll see if I can borrow her 2 smoker for a fang around Puke.

VTR is all tarted up and ready for sale (apart from service) don't want to scratch it before I get top dollar for it.

So yeah - I might turn up so you can laugh at me M1CRO.

On a side note, am taking Chisanga out on a date on Sat afternoon for a bit of 1 on 1 time :innocent:

Pretty sure it's a round $100 - Chickadee has just given me the green light to:
a/ Go to Puke
b/ Borrow her 2 smoker

Cool!

Might make it to this one. Haven't been to Puke for over a year, surprisingly very keen to get back on there.

I don't think Segway's are allowed on the track. Sorry.

Everyone on Sunday was using a gennie to power their tyre warmers and other bits, so I would guess not.

umm.. i'm in 2 minds as wether to go or not. I won't need to swap the front out as its only the tread on the left hand side thats not existent :/

Why not tap the flying ricer and see if you can nab the RZ for... "evaluation" purposes?

I think my evaluation of a 636 track bike was quite enough today.

First 2 sessions nearly shit myself - last 2 sessions could not get the fucken smile off my face!

If you don't use your track day I will think up something really unpleasant for you. You will love being out on a track mate - really love it - DO NOT MISS THE CHANCE or I will be very disappointed.

I will PM you my email address if you can send me the video footage on me being a nana at the hairpin I'd be grateful.

Thanks to Hellraiser for the use of the bike.
Thanks to M1CRO for the words of support.
Thanks to Boomer for the advice.

I had a good day - beats working.

I second that - well, the smile bit and the non-working part anyway
Also a BIG tribute to Donor who sat on a corner for most of the day - well done mate! :first:
