As some might have noticed, I recently posted a thread about some steering issues I am having (they were vibrating at high speed). ANywho, the relation to this thread, is that I needed to get the front wheel balanced, and so this morning I rocked into Colemans. I was just really browsing in between talking to Peter? the mechanic while my bike was worked on, and went round to the 'apparel' side of things. The end result was that I walked out with a lovely new Ixion 2 piece suit, and my bike fixed. I must say, the Ixon suit is quite nice, quite comfy.
I want to note that I got excellent service today from Colemans, and also from a new place opened up here in East Aucks, East City Motorcycles. Both were great. East City are a new outfit, so lets supprt them if possible. I woul dhave abought my gear there eventually, but Colemans offered me a pretty wicked deal on the suit.

Indeed it was. I also had completely forgotten the effect of having lost a handle bar weight, so bought a new set, got the wheel balanced and she is a completely new machine. Thanks for your help Sensei

I was also impressed with colemans. Esley helped me to decide on a bike. And when i had a few issues he got them sorted out. I havn't had much experience with bikeshops but Colemans definetly gets my thumbs up :niceone:

obviously you don't run pirellis. I balance mine once in a blue moon, (and change tires frequently) if that, and regularly run her up real high in the tall gears on the track. Never had a problem with vibration at all.

Nah mate, got some Michelins, and they are absolute shit. I have done some new extreme things with tyre pressures this weekend, and this will confirm whether they are any good. I was running very low pressures, trying high pressures instead.

test and try, whats the worst can happen?! Had some michilins on at one stage, not too bad either, so yeah, pressures may be amping things up a bit.
