In Cowes. The only bikers in town who didn't go to SBK! Went to Bass earthworm museum & wildlife farm. Mrs H has Wombat poo marks. Windy day. Good gellato.

Tonight Jindabyne in the Aussie "alps". Great riding today although we struck showers between Cann River and Bombala. Aussie country towns are great. They've had 5" of rain in Gippsland in the past week. South of that is really dry.

In Canberra. Did Jindabyne Thredbo loop through Kosciusko natpark to Cooma. 200km of gum-line twisties! Nice. Hot and fine in Canberra. FJR going well. So's Mrs H.

There's always room for accurate grammar. It's like lubricant in that way.

is that code for sounds like????

It's Italian for ice cream. Pronounced: Gel R Toe.

What the heck were you thinking?

160 character limit is an interesting discipline - bloated haiku or anorexic sonnet? Motels with pools have become an end-of-day necessity.

Holed up today in Echuca. Temp in high 30s. Pool v nice, so too fruit smoothies. Paddlesteamer dinner cruise tonight. Rules country, so no Super 14. Bugger.

Hamilton, from Echuca via Bendigo, Avoca, Ararat & Halls Gap. Scenic once off the flat past Bendigo. Grampians marvellous. Nice biker roads too. Cloudy & cool.

Portland via Penola, Naracoorte, Kingston SE, Beachport, Mt Gambier & Nelson. Great SA coastal towns. Blew a gale all day and cold from Mt Gambier. Need an ale!

Capital letter at the beginning of a sentence please! Also a full stop at the end. We do not want to ruin Mr Hitcher's holiday by allowing him to return to some tardy posts...:shit:

Eddie got his FJR back about an hour ago with an extra 3584km on it. It's really hot in Melbourne today and we're of to be tourists. This is our last daily 160.
