Maybe the wrong forum for this but can anyone post a Dyno print out of a SV1000 with Two Brothers mufflers?

Having a bit of a debate with someone.

Hardly worth spending the money, from a performance point of view, according to that chart!

two but two brothers are a bit like that, more give you the sound of the twin

I reckon, better off to go and buy some performance Neptunes - I hear they last longer too. (and probably cheaper)

Mufflers are overrated.

Give me a pink powder-coated set of open headers any day.

Yeah, they'd have to be practically free.

The upside, I guess, is that if you've got an SV1000S you can feel pleased with the knowledge you paid for a decent exhaust from Suzuki...

Has anybody got an actual chart of their bike or someone elses done in NZ?

Bear in mind, that's just had a couple of slip on mufflers thrown at it, no extra tuning.

Exactly the same with most bikes, if you do nothing else, you wont reap the bennefits available.

My 600 made no extra power at all with the Two Bros pipe (less vibration though) yet Jimbos 750 with a TEKA tune and muffler made more horsepower than a CBR954.

For the sort of money you have to pay you'd be better off with some gear from Garrett, something like a T025/03.

The sv1000 needs after market pipes to get that rumble sound. I also found it safer around city traffic. I had the stock pipes for awhile and when I got the yoshi's, I noticed fewer cagers pulling out in front of me because they hear you coming.

To get real porformance from pipes, you need a full system and the SV1000 can only do a 2into1 full system because of limited space.

This guy (http://www.sv-portal.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4880) has done a very nice custom 2into1 on his SV.

Yep, I have some of my bike but would have to get it scanned before posting it.

I was going to offer you my charts for (a) R1150R with standard system, Remus can, and full Neptune system; (b) M800Si.e. with Neptunes; and (c) M1000Si.e. with Neptunes, but I figured out it was only an SV that you were interested in.

VTwin has an SV1000 with (I think) Two Brothers - not sure if he's had it dynoed though.
