Yip...pretty much a case of 'see ya later Doc' on the front straight thats for sure, but love his reclaim pass with 4 laps to go....:Punk:

yeah, annoying to see such a power difference...thats why I prefer SBK. That said I cant wait to see what Rossi and Yamaha come up with after having their arse greased, pounded with a strainer post and handed back to em on the front straight. :buggerd:

Casey stoner is still very young and can only improve.Rossi played good sportsmanship after the race.

FARK! tell me about it...when they were showing the stats as they were racing, Rossi was hardly braking in comparison to everyone else...unless his sensors were rooted. Pedrosa didnt have a show at the end of the straight.

I'll add that I am not a huge Rossi fan, but I admire what hes achieved. In fact, I like the idea of Stoner winning more as its great when the new blood starts rising much like Toseland in SBK.

I can also admire how much more grunt the Ducs have squeezed but its an arse to watch it in a race.

Fully, both seem like great guys...but the power difference...hmmm. On thinking on it though, I do suppose that MotoGP, like F1 is about pushing engineering boundaries so perhaps I am being harsh. And it was a good race other than the straight. Ok, I've talked myself down. I'm coming in...

Yeah, I was looking at time sheets for the qualifying and noticed that even though overall the fiat yamahas were quick around the lap, it lacked the speed on the straight (around 307-309km/hr compared to 320-325 km/hr for ducs and 320s for hondas?)

It will be interesting to see what speeds yamahas will do on the next race.... 12 days to go....

Its still beyond me why they are forced to use a v4 though. as there are few v4 bikes on the road. I'm surprised that Honda and Ducati aren't wining all the time as they have the roadbike development. Yamaha and Kawasaki basically have to start with scratch / Motogp development.

Forced? what do you mean forced? The M1 is IL4 int it? Or am I being slow to you being a trick dicky (or tricky MacDicky if you've been on other KB threads today)

Ive always had a secret wish that Stoner would become the new Rossi,
I wish I had seen it
And extra bonus that they are both so cute,

Let the season begin

HOLY BAJINGIES, this thread just took a turn for the worse...someone please make sure "cuteness" becomes part of the overall points for winning the championship...I think you're meant to be on www.girlie17.com/forum

Just before another duc freak decides to take on the same mentality as the english rugby fans by thinking the world is theirs after a win, here's the history of GP wins (in particular the manufacturers):

Is it my fault that women get blessed with the xtra bonus that most top riders happen to be talented and attractive
With 'hot chicks' thats usually all you get, physical appearance

But I agree its about appreciating the sport and the ability first

Check up on your fairing history, you may be surprised. You have me on the V technology but then it usually takes the japs to perfect it

Ok, you have me there. Thinking on it, if there was a hot chick rider I'd probably include similar comments.

The only time I'd be insecure in the presence of a duc fiend would be if I had to pick something up off the ground near them. SBK? We're talking GP here (he says rapidly moving on mumbling "go toseland")
