Insurance reviews?

With the ever increasing number of track days around I would like to know what insurance companies are "Track day friendly" and ones that arent.

Personally I am waiting to hear back from my broker, but my insurer is protecta and their policy states:

You are not insured for:
Participating in any organised event, club ride, open day, ride day, training day, trial or test, or any similar organised event, that takes place off public roads , without the prior written consent from Us.

My brother has just confirmed Tower will not insure him for the KB track day :angry:

The kiwibike guys are great. I'm with star (for the trackdays) through John Baker these days however.

Im with star who have proven they pay out for trackday bins.

Star Insurance - I can't say enough good things about them.

I binned at a Pukekohe Track Day and they replaced my bike in 6 days.

I had an unfortunate incident on the replacement bike 3 weeks later...and they replaced that one too.

I am still insured with Star on my 3rd bike...Legends!
