The lady in pic 3 is going to be sore for a while, removing that spike isnt going to be easy. I've had to deal with a nail through a gumboot, the rubber soles really grab hold of it and resist you pulling it back out. Best to cut the shoe apart and then snip the spike somewhere between her foot and the sole of the shoe.
