Hello all,

Well I have been looking around the bike market for a new bike for the last 3 months.
My past bike list follows;
1989 Yamaha FZR250r
1990 Honda CBR400rr
1989 Suzuki RGV250

However I havent been able to find a bike that fits me. Im near 6ft3..not the skinnest guy on earth..ao finding a bike to fit my frame isnt easy. I rode my dads 2002 XJR1300 and it was PERRRRFECT for me..however not having my full licence rules that out. My Yamaha was an OK fit but not nice when I was in the 100km/h areas...CBR was better by like 2.5% and the RGV...was like being on a 5 year olds push bike.

Do you peps have any advice regarding good bikes for me...I can't go and size any up because our town has 2 very small motorcycle shops that carry ATVs and the odd road bike. I was thinking about a Hyosung because of the size but after reading what I have it seems they wont handle the abuse well. Ive also looked into Hornets like GI Joes one but they are so over priced.

Im very interested in a CBR600 F2 :scooter: ...however its the licence thing again. Even though I will have my full by the end of the year.

Any ideas guys?

Get your full licence first then that limiting factor will be eliminated.

If you get something in the mean time that does not fit properly remind yourself that you are mobile (on two wheels) and it is temporary.

I have a car to keep me going so thats all good...but I dont want to get my full licence and kill my self because of the lack for road time. I have a want to go fast so my idea is to get as much road time on a 250cc as I can then when I step up I know what Im doing...well kind of any who. Plus it sucks not riding....
