Went and saw this the other night - anyone else seen it?
Quite dissapointed at the "feel good" ending.

It wasn't too bad but yeah the ending was a bit crap. For a real staunch tough biker dude he backed down to easily at the end, still the movie was good for a few laughs.

Yea thinking about seeing it it's either that or Ghost Rider:scratch:

wild hogs is more beliveable with the bike riding than ghost rider.
Heres an Idea, lets start another thread on this because the 2000000 that are already on the site arnt enough.

I thought it was shite, and I'm in the target audience! :zzzz: Even the scenery wasn't that exciting. Is there any decent movie out there that gives a good idea of what it's like to do a bike tour of the states???

Well I've just come from the cinema after seeing it with my son. We both had a good laugh.
Weird demographic for the audience though, my son and I were the youngest ones there, eveyone else was 50+, we even had two 70 yr olds sitting two seats over. Did notice all the youngins heading for Ghost Rider....glad we didn't go to see that.
Ending was a bit of a downer but still a good laugh..........not as good as Bad Santa though

Learned a lot about Harleys from "Wild Hogs".
1) When riding side by side, riders can bump knuckles, so:
- either Harleys have stuff all compression so that when on lets off the throttle they maintain the same speed, or
- they come with cruise control or throttle locks, or
- some come with throttles on the left and others on the right so bumping knuckes can be done easily
(bumping knuckles must be a Harley thing)
2) You can throw away a Harley (multiple times) and nothing breaks off or gets bent
Gotta get me one of them
I also thought the movie was OK. Reasonable look at the midlife crisis thing without going the Easy Rider way.

I thought the movie was a good laugh, these days if you did what they did they would be buried bikes and all. Give me sport bikes any time, some of us older dudes could probably write some good scrips for movies with our life stories. But it is fantastic to go away on long rides and have some fun and chill out.

The missus and I saw it today (her birthday, ain't she sweet!).
Don't expect anything hibrow, but some very funny slapstick and a great way to spend 90 minutes. The video will join our collection when released.

Sh*t Renegade, if this is you're reaction to such a trivial mistake you got bigger problems! Go see a doctor or something before it gets out of hand.

haha amusing how you assume that your chauvinist comments would upset all women - you're barking up the wrong tree there Fido. :whocares:
Back to the movie, I quite liked it but the ending was somewhat weak and unimaginative. It gave me a couple of chuckles along the way. Three stars from me...

I went and saw it today with a mate & we both laughed a lot the whole way through. I wasn't expecting anything amazing but I like the way it took the piss a lot.
