Im off for a blat up to whangas tomorrow, and thought "No sh1"

And Ive came up with this road.


Sh16 to tauhoa,
Tauhoa to te hana
tehan north to where you pop out on SH1
Go accross SH1 and take the first left, and from then on up to whangas!


Anyone done this before? I know the maps are pretty useless on some back roads.

I'll post up on the roads monday/tuesday. If Im not stuck in some little town with no gas!
