I have started collecting stuff for Kerry and Sue from TSS in Wellington, with a great contribution from the ATNR group last night.
For anyone who doesn't know, they lost their home and all their belongings in a fire a few days ago.
Kerry is a good bloke who has helped out many bikers over the years, often in unusual times and places, and his family need some help to get stuff sorted before the insurance can get them a new house etc.
2 kids of 2.5 and 6 years, wife Sue is size 10 and I think Kerry is a large, maybe. (will check)
Donations of cash, toys, clothes, vouchers (westfield/farmers/warehouse) etc will be welcomed.
Come on guys lets show some KB spirit and send what you can spare to help these lovely folks out.
They have lost everything, if you have any photo's of Kerry, and especially of his family they would be like gold.
Call or txt me on 021 637 352 or PM me for details on delivery.
Cheers
Mack

Oh bugger, glad they're alive - but sad they've lost the house and everything.
Will see what we can do to ease the weeks till the compensation kicks in. Sent a PM to ask for details
Cheers

Maybe something like gift vouchers... They're huge help for all the little 'bits and pieces' that aren't covered elsewhere. You know all the stuff that's covered and people think of first is great but it's all those little things you never realise you need until later...

Hey mate
Got some clothes we will rummage through. Also have two old bedside corner units, they are Kauri but have some borer which I think have been successfully killed that they are welcome to. They are not mint, but would be sweet untill they get new stuff, and then could be good firewood. Will advise on clothes...

Ill see what I can find, I might be able to get a bit of stuff as our house has just sold and were looking to get rid of some stuff to make the moving process a bit easier.

Great to hear, anything you can contribute will be well received I'm sure, we don't have a lot of room in the transport so small things are best. I believe vouchers will be very useful to the family.
Thanks for your help, KB rocks.

Last call for contributions to Kerry and Sue,
the original transport plan to Wellington has changed so is anyone going there in the next 2 days?
Any last donations to be added to the boxes?

not going to be able to help for another couple of days, weve only just started packing things into boxes for moving. I think my mums going to sort though eveything that we dont need or want into boxes and give it away. So I'll go through that and either pass it on to you Mack or I'll send it off myself.
