Does anyone here have a cable broadband connection (not wireless) with Woosh?

I was apparently hooked up on the 12th March but it still doesnt work! I have a Dynalink 4 plug router and it keeps showing my DSL connection as "Down". I rang Woosh 5 times in total - including a good 45 mins on hold each time I rang - but after speaking to someone in Bombay (India - as I guess all their calls are outsourced now) they ran thorugh the basics (is your computer on, is it plugged in DURRRR) and havent been able to solve the issue, IM STILL NOT ON THE INTERNET DAMMIT!

Just curious as to whether some of you have had the same issue?

somethings not quite right there, cant quite put my finger on it.... :bleh:

My contract is up on 22 April... I can't wait to tell them to F/off.:angry2:

really - that bad huh? I havent even been on the net and im already pissed off. which company are you using instead? ive shopped around and thought woosh looked pretty ok.

You can use the fact that you have been unable to get on the net as the reason for cancelling the contract ... and that should hold under the consumer goods and services act .... Personally jump now!!

They looked pretty good to me too so I got internet and phone deal. I now can't use my phone cause 9/10 it is not working.

The BROADBAND internet runs like dial-up, the messege service don't work and their customer service bitches blame you cause their shit is not working.

For the amount I paid for intial setup I could have kept Telescum and dare I say it better service. F*%king F*#ckers. I hate them :done:
