I need to fit some to my carport so I can work past daylight which seems to be a bit lacking at the moment. <img src="http://www.pyrocam.com/files/images/emot/emot-argh.gif">

anyone got any old ones they don't need? preferably over 1m long. I'm after maybe 2 or 3 but 1 would be better than nothing.

have you thought about going to a hardware store and getting some free standing halogens untill you can get some proper light fixtures, I dont think that they would be that expensive. Another thing to do is to go to an electrical supplier, i think theres one near mt eden prison, they will probably have the things in which your after, if not then call an electrician and talk to them about it.

Try looking for Building Recyclers, the people that sell second hand doors & stuff.

Either that or the skip bin of a large electrical contracting firm??

I saw some small ones in a $2 shop the other day, look around.
Or go to Bunnings or similar and buy a halogen set for about $40, if you need more light than that you got problems.
