hello
i got my first ever bike to my mothers disgust, its a honda ct125e done up to bucket race. have always wanted to race and finally i'll get to race my very own bike.
since i've got it dad and i have sorted out a few little things like redirecting and lubing the clutch cable which made it so easy to use instead of the sensation of bending a steal rod , sorted out the rear brake so it actually works, made it so the gearbox works the right way, put on a number plate for racing, changed the brake fluid and a few other things.
in the last week i have learned so much about bike maintainence and how they work its amazing, ive seen the inside of the carb and how that works. i just love fidling with the bike.
hopefully in the near future we'll vent the rear drum and blow all the crap out of it, get a carb thats works properly because the 185 carb is playing up or rejet the old carb or something, get a new rear tyre because the tyre on it is waaaaaay to big for it and get a few different sprockets to change the gear ratios for different tracks.
last saturday dad and i took it out the back of puketapu and gave it a blat man best thing ive ever done, i love the corners. dad says i was going 80kph it felt faster than that!!!
the neighbors won't put up with it, much to my discust. who doesnt like the noise of a motor?
can't wait to get a road bike, then i will truely be free.:Punk:
