Hi
I may have left NZ for the UK but I am in spirit still there in NZ. I arrived home to snow on March12th and rode north to Sheffield in a blizzard on my race tuned SV650 with a dodgey rectifier. Can't believe I traded Aoteroa for this...

I will be back however. So I want to keep up with any of you guys I met...

Here is a taste of the Isle of Man TT course. I met a few of you who are going this year. Thought this would whet the appetite.

BMW R1150GS pinned to the redline. How to be an adventure rider and keep up with the crotch-rockets.

It's YouTube, nothing to do with me personally, I just thought I would share it with you. It had me twisting my head into the corners. I even found myself making the sound effects. I'll shut up.

Happy riding and keep it upright.

Nice, had a little chuckle when the GS went back round the sportsbike that jumped the gun in the traffic before the gs got started. I guess it has as much to do with rider skill as anything.

Yeah, either that or he's been spending too much time playing the PS2 game

Cool vid, nice clear view. Do you reckon those cops or ambulances on the Ramsey hairpin? (both have good reasons to be there I guess)

Wotchya,

Hope you get to read this b4 you get to the Isle of Man, I take it you are going matey, I am a brit chick who lives here now, but co-ordinating my annual trip home with the Isle of Man, and after spending 38 years living in the UK I cannot believe I never went to one, so this will be a first, good to start on the 100th eh.

The Who, Stranglers and Madness are playing  and me and my kiwi mates have tickets for them to go have a boogie too.

Anyone going send me a pm and we can do the swop of numbers:mobile: and meet up for some beers if the opportunity arises eh:msn-wink:

Anyway, coi 4 now, and let me know the score for whose going and when.

I remember riding the Isle of Man in 1968 just before I came out here. I went round on mad Sunday on my 650 Bonnie two up, my lap time was 34 mins and I wernt hanging around, nearly lost it over Balla Bridge, ( is it still there ) all the greats were there then Ago, Haillwood, read, Ivy and the rest of them its an experience of a life time. These days the standard sports bikes would give the old timers a hiding.
