Hi all,
What could be causing a 4-stroke 110cc Honda Cub engine to smoke 15 mins after riding?
Can someone give me a list on what to do and/or check including how to set the timing again.
Cheers.

hide the cigerettes and despose of all the matches. You could try putting nicotine patches on the head:done:

I'm not familiar with that engine but - it depends on a lot of other symptoms like noise.
It could be oil leaking down the valve stems (normally smokes on start up) – you could try an additive that’s suppose to improve valve seal condition and it may help short term.
It may be rings - you could get a bike shop to do a compression test cold then take the bike for a run and test it again (or buy a tester yourself).
It could be a head gasket - but not likely.

Black (I think). Not actually my bike but a friends, trying to help him out.
Also need to know how to set the timing on the engine.
Cheers.

White Smoke = coolant leaking in the combustion chamber
Blue Smoke = oil leaking in the combustion chamber
Black Smoke = Fuel leaking in the combustion chamber (to rich)
