(only bikes in the garage)
We seek someone who is reasonably clean and domesticated, over 21, and knows how to look after themselves because I won't be doing it for them.

Only if you are really good can you get the bedspread and cushions, and no, Volties are not allowed in the house. They can live in a warm, dry, secure, alarmed, attached, internal access garage though.
