started the new fitness program today. so my gift to myself was: an hour walk, 40 squats, 20 press ups, 10 crunches, 20 calf raises, 20 shoulder presses and a day of struggling to walk. lmfao.

do you also go by the nick "old dog"? cos i arrived home from work to a vase of 12 gorgeous roses mixed in with some fern and other flowers!! ive never gotten flowers before :love:

evil....:love: to you too. :yes: legs finally stopped hurting about 2pm. crunches were easy. calf raises started burning after about 7. press ups i did in 3 sections [mainly cos my legs were sore from squats and didnt want to come and play. only managed 40 squats today, in 2 sections. am using weight plates to heel on. [took about 10 mins to get my boots off saturday night....lmfao.] shoulder press started burning at about 15 [no weight]

mum made some cake... cut it up, took it into work and told em not a scrap was to be left! some how managed to not let it slip. lmao.

currently tucking into ranchslaw and two vege sausages. small dot of sauce for the sausies. very, very nice.
