Police sex okay on film, says censor

Lesbian "police officers" can wield batons as cinematic sex toys without evoking the events of police sex trials, the censor says.

The Society for the Promotion of Community Standards applied last month to have Big Boob Lesbian Cops II re-examined and banned in light of the "public outrage and disgust" over the sex trials of former policemen Brad Shipton and Bob Schollum and Assistant Commissioner Clint Rickards.

Society secretary David Lane said the video - classified R18 in 2004 - was "typical of a genre of toxic and obscene garbage".

It featured actors pretending to be police officers using batons, "gratuitous and graphic" depictions of other sex acts, and trailers showing group sex.

But chief censor Bill Hastings scotched the request, saying the 90-minute video bore no "credible resemblance" to events described in the police sex trials. A baton was used for only one minute and 13 seconds in one scene, there were no men in the film, and there were no group sex scenes in the main feature.

Women pretending to be police officers had sex with each other, but there was "no evidence of reluctance, coercion or power imbalance".

"Although some appear initially to be dressed in uniforms, these are quickly discarded," Mr Hastings wrote in his decision. "The manner in which the sexual activity is depicted was found by the Classification Office to have an `easy and relaxed tone'. The good nature and obvious respect the models have for each other is apparent in the video."

Mr Lane said the decision showed Mr Hastings had become desensitised to the "toxic and insidious impact of hardcore porn".

What irritates me most about the types of people who complain about ads or movies is that no one forces them to watch them! If tv has piles of crap on it, read a book or do something else! If porn offends you, watch comedies instead! I wouldn't cross the road to watch a porno movie (ooh, sex tapes with the neighbours, that WOULD be something off the wall!) but I don't really care if other people get their kicks from it. These moaners should reserve their energy for fighting against child porn or other similarly-themed movies.

Agreed.... and it's all too common they adopt the mantle on behalf of others. Society for the Protection of Community Standards doesn't allow for me to watch something that offends you. It's a self appointed moral watchdog assuming to know what's best for me.

Refer Fish's comment about the "toxic and sex phobic pricks". They are so willing to be aggrieved on my behalf.

They have a problem with what I'm doing - come and tell me. Let me have the chance to make up my mind then ... accept that my decision is best for me.

I would have thought a "male" frat house would have taken the couch for sniffing.

A Michigan University frat house will throw out two couches tainted by a mystery masturbating female intruder who used the furniture for an extended public self-pleasuring session, The Michigan Daily reports.

The woman in question simply walked into Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house "without permission" last Thursday, "entered the house's living room, took off her clothes and started masturbating", according to shaken frat president Dan Nye.

Shocked frat members "asked the woman to leave the house, but she refused and continued masturbating for about half an hour". When pressed as to whether she felt ok, the beaver-petting stranger "casually replied that she was fine" and even made a quick call on her mobile phone while tickling the taco.

Frat members eventually called police, who arrived just after the bushwhacking stranger had made good her escape "wearing only a thigh-length black coat". The subsequent police report said the woman had told witneses she was called Melissa and was a student at Eastern Michigan University. She "appeared to be under the influence of drugs", the report notes.

Nye concluded: "Obviously, she was very disturbed. It was not how a normal person would respond to people." ®

She is lucky she didn't try that in some student flats I have been to, she would have gone out bandy legged and lost a couple of days. lol
