Does anyone know where I can purchase some clear plastic sheeting about 1mm thick?

Need it to make a new screen for my race bike as I've cracked my current one.

Thanks!

Try a few sign makers.. They usually buy the plastic in big sheets and cut it up for their signs.

I know Bunnings sell perspecs sheets. Might be to thick.

Hope this could help.

Dave from "Creative Plastics" in Frankton, Hamilton stock all kinds of plastics and do a top job with plastic fabrication. Ive used him a couple of times for various things.

Right next to Vic Markets.
Highly recommended in terms of selection and price (especially if you mention it's for *cough*school work*cough* and you don't need a gst receipt)!

Any Smith and Smith Glass could supply you with clear acrylic sheet cut to size but you might be pushing it for something as thin as 1mm tho'. Usually thinnest is 2mm.
Otherwise try Ludowici Plastics in Henderson Place in Onehunga.
