Does anyone here know how hard this is and what's involved?

Well, what's involved is on the LTSA website. As to how hard it is, well everyone has their own stories and I suspect that mnone of them are about how eaasy it is :)

Now that you've found KB you can share your issues with us and, surprise surprise, you might find that every one of us have had the same or similar experiences.

You'll see just today that there's a thread about "... needing some encouragement ..." There's heaps of really good advice in there so don't hold back - share.
