Flatmate wanted (glen eden, west aucks)

Okay, heres the deal: :)

*1 outside room (part of building with garage) available - good size.
*2 current flatmates are bikers (myself and madmax)
*Garage has room for another bike, driveway space for 1 car.
*Local to glen eden shops, and train station.
*House has sky tv on a 60'' screen - great for moto gp ;)
*Broadband too.
*Max owns the house so no bullshit with paying bond etc...
*Very laid back atmosphere. we are domesticated and tidy.

*All for $100 a week, though if we do get any huge bills then chipping in is required..


Looking for a domesticated 21+ year old, male or female, biker preferably :)
Exceptions may apply... im only 20 for instance.

Its pretty good on the food front really, if nina is over on the weekend she usually cooks. All the little bits and pieces are taken care of with the rent. But yeah all other food comes outta ya own pocket.

Well the current flatmate is being kicked out for being a fuckwit, he hasnt paid rent in 5 weeks and we have at least 3 police officers round looking for him most nights as he's on bail...

So as soon as possible really!
