Sure, it's a somewhat sensational title, but what a fantastic picture.
Cheers to Curious George for the pic.

Stay away from push bikes kids, get yourself a nice safe motorbike.

Painted toenails? Hmm. Inserting a titanium screw with the skin still in place? Hmmm. The hair on the surrounding skin area not shorn away? Hmmmm. Allowing someone into the operating theatre to take a photograph?! Hmmmmm... Mr Skin, are you trying to pull someone's (3rd) leg??

If you're not and that really happened... ow! Bummer, hope you heal up well!

Inserting a titanium screw with the skin still in place? It's coming out, not going in.

Hmmmm. Allowing someone into the operating theatre to take a photograph?!Before Keystone19 became a housewife, she used to be a nurse, and was kind enough to lend us one of her old nurse uniforms.
Once we wiped the stains off, they couldn't distinguish George from the real thing.

Hmm.
If they could put a small package together of: cable ties, gaffertape, fuses, #8 fencing wire, etc and place that in a small - but accessible - recess in the leg...
What a handy thing to have when riding. A "repair kit" with you at all times!!!

Not under local, and generally not for removal.
Would have used one to put it in though:yes:

Sister Curious dons fresh starched uniform, notices iodine stains...
*falsetto voice* "Time for another sponge bath Mr Skid..."

Last time I looked, that uniform was in the possession of Cibby Chick - how it got into the hands of Curious George is a little perturbing - especially seeing as the lycra panels are shaped to fit the feminine form...ahem...closely...
