We are taking the harley for a leisurely cruise down to Christchurch, leaving this Thurs 19th, returning on Sunday 29th. There'll be two bikes: ours (http://bruiser.co.nz/pics-bikerides-07.html), and friends on their Goldwing (http://bruiser.co.nz/pics-matesbikes.html#JeremysGoldwing) ocean liner.
Our itinerary is:
19th 5pm (ish) Depart west Akl, destination Turangi via SH27/2/Taupo
20th Turangi to Wellington - via Desert Rd
21st Ferry - Picton to Kaikoura
22nd Kaikoura to Chch
23/24 Stay Chch
25th Chch to Hanmer Springs
26th HS to Westport
27th Westport to Nelson
28th Nelson Picton - Ferry - Welly
29th Welly to Akl
