Well why don't people say?? instead of shit like...

buyers in the 300+ range
offers 300+

as if, as a buyer, im gonna think oh.. i know, i'll offer 347 thousand and hopefully i'll get a deal. the mentality of it all is ridiculous, say what you want and be upfront. I don't/won't entertain anyone with sales/marketing techniques like that.

Completely understandable. I thought like that the entire time too until some condesending bitch told me otherwise. Horrible lady almost made me cry

Do you know that when you advertize like that you have to be prepared to except 300. Because it is considered false advertizing. Well that goes for us anyway.
