Hi guys n gals

My bird has moved to Whakatane, so i'll follow, but I have a Harley fxdp which is kind of a mix now between an fxdp and a fxdx, is loud and stage two tuned am I going to have problems getting it into the country, the other harley is a sportie again loud and stage one tuned, same question?? Cos to be honest if i have to leave my bikes....i'll have to think looooong n hard about coming over.

I brought mine over and it was very loud - Thunderheader loud. I made a baffle to get it through its inspection.

You'll have no problems Steve. There's piles and piles of stock Harley mufflers sitting in HD shops all over NZ. They'll probably pay ya to take a set.

You'll also need DOT stamped indicator/tail light/head light lens', tyres and brake lines, so check all those if you have accessories fitted.

If you haven't already visited. you'll love Whakatane and all round the East Cape - a biker's paradise. A good spot to be.:rockon:
I spend a fair bit of time working over there.
