Is there any entrance fees, and will this ride be alright for novice/intermediate riders?

Danger
21st April 2007, 19:03
It will probably be $30.00 for WMMC members, $35.00 for others. With the good weather there will be a track that you can get around. Just don't go on the A loop options and start moving logs and things to make it easier for you. Some of us enjoy the challenge of the A loops before the B riders tackle them and start removing the obstacles. You will have fun, and get a free feed too.

How long do they usually make the loops? and is it all clay?

are the trails at riverhead tight and technical?

Loop will probably be between 25 and 35 Km depending on what options you take.
Clay, some loam maybe and gravel sections to join up the tracks.

Just got back. That was an awesome ride! Got better and better and was really tacky through the day. First time I've had the RM out at Riverhead and it ripped!
Thanks Waitemata Motorcycle Club!

Yeah it was all good, just wet enough to make it interesting but not to wet.

i think that possum was it aye!

yeah i remembered about the feed when i got home but didnt see anything about it while i was there. maybe i wasnt looking . but for 35 bucks food and drink would have gone down well

Yeah I didn't see any free bees, 35 bucks was a bit harsh!

Danger

Yeah don't know what happened to the BBQ. First time they have not provided one that I can remember. I didn't take much food out and was expecting to get a burger or two but still managed to keep riding until about 4.30 on my energy reserves.

yeah sorry about that - small communication breakdown resulted in the snags being left in the freezer.
